actually hor.. for some reasons.. if you said 24th ..

• because of the serious haze prob, and the weather prob. cannot !
• because of the results bla bla .. cannot !
• because of the personal financial prob. cannot !

but if you say 27th..

• because of the serious haze prob, and the weather prob. cannot !
• because of the parents-meeting session.. cannot !
• because of the personal financial prob. cannot !
• because of parental permission. cannot !

so.. can postpone? o_o i know i may sound selfish. but i "think" i got help ppl think.. =D
